We have detailed packaging and quality assurance processes in place because, when these processes are not followed, the risk of damage during shipping increases. Even a single damaged shipment can cause delays in a customer’s repair, which can lead to significant costs—sometimes thousands of dollars—due to extended downtime. Our policy is to communicate performance concerns as they arise and to provide coaching to help team members succeed. We also rely on accurate documentation and timely reporting, including for workplace injuries, to ensure safety and compliance.
