Pluspunten

Pay and benefits are decent. Plenty of overtime to be had.

Minpunten

In my plant overtime is at the front end of the shift. So 10 hour days means at work by 4 am. Which means I wake up at 2 am. Also we work 6 days a week usually.

- Design work is fun - Nice management and sales team - Get to be creative once in a while

- Can get hot while working right outside design lab - Hands rough from working corrugate all day - Can get busy quick
