Nice office facility. Casual work environment. Work hard, play hard mentality. Cereal bar. Fruit bar. Beer bar. Some of the best and brightest in the industry work there. Allows for flexible schedules. Everyone is friendly overall. A pleasant work environment.
Minpunten
Not in good state financially. Just laid off about 20 employees. No clear vision of where they're headed. They are burning through cash and is banking on a software product that isn't making the revenue expected. The company's strategy is constantly changing. Both companies are in a crunch for more revenue (PERQ marketing and software). Leadership is disorganized. Maternity leave is a joke (2 weeks paid, 2 weeks nonpaid for employees who have been there for a year). No opportunities for professional growth and development. No cultural diversity. Salaries are extremely low for the tech industry.
