The company was recently purchased by a company in India and most jobs have been sent there. The new owners don't talk to or care about the employees. There are only a handful of people left and those people are searching for new jobs. There is a lot of tension in the atmosphere and the boss is a large part of the problem. She is not fair and does not appreciate the good people that work there.
