Power Global is an innovative company that encourages its employees to keep learning and participating in new and diverse roles. The employees are exceptionally hardworking and passionate about their work, and the company culture is very friendly and open-minded. As an intern, I was very tense when I first started my position, but as I continued working there, I became more confident in my skills and myself. Many of my colleagues had impressive backgrounds in their fields, however, they never hesitated to help me nor did they ever undermine my abilities. Power Global is incredibly driven in its mission to help developing communities and they are truly trying to make a difference and not just a profit. I genuinely hope to see Power Global succeed in the future!

As Power Global is still a small company, many of the employees had to take on slightly more work than they anticipated. I believe that will change once more people are hired.

There are so many benefits to working at Power.Global. The most amazing thing is the density of highly experienced and knowledgeable people working there. Any interest I had or problem I couldn't solve I had an expert only steps away. Another wonderful part of working there is that basically everyone is welcome to be a part of any current project. This made every day interesting and allowed me to grow exponentially. I really enjoyed the social and family bonds that developed with my co-workers as well. The people at PG really do care about each other. The culture there was wonderful. People would always spend their time chatting during lunch and it felt like everyone truly enjoyed being together. On top of all that PG is working towards a goal that will help save the planet and make it more cost-efficient to live on it. I really believe PG will continue to be a successful company and change the world.

The only problem at PG was that there was probably too much work for the employees but as I was leaving they hired a number of new employees. So I believe they handled the issue. I could feel the workload lightening on each full-time employee as the new hires arrived.
