You can lose your job on the spot. It's literally that bad. Management pretends to care about its reports. Greed drives the company. CIO is totally incompetent. He is literally destroying the IT organization. President of Utilities is totally greed driven. CEO has no clue about how this company is being taken apart. People over a certain are treated poorly. Work and productivity suffers because of the inept decisions being made. Poor work life balance.
