The company is on the decline. 1. Too many changes to senior leadership: This has resulted in unclear strategy, frequent organisation changes, impacted hiring and loss of morale. The senior leadership is now an old boys club, apart from a couple of people who have come through from the acquisition 2. Erosion of trust in C-level: Reduction in force while shouting out that people make the company is laughable. Picking the 2 worst performing financial metrics to announce the bonus payout is daylight robbery.
