-Hard-cap on promotion salary increase percentage forces pressure on employee to seek their true market value elsewhere -Company's individual goals are ROI/KPI focused which is difficult to maintain while employees are dealing with decreased team members from the "Great Resignation" (my team was surviving with 2 out of 6 team members at one point earlier this year). Individual goals should be scaled to reflect and reward an employee's resiliency and loyalty during challenging times
