PTC has kept its heritage as a Technology Innovator and the CEO has a strong Technology background Organization constantly changing so new opportunities are always available

Minpunten

Revenue focused sales organization, sometimes risks customer satisfaction for short term wins. Weak Human Resource focus and immature Company Culture can cause work /life balance issues Tenure and experience no guarentee of career security

Great people, customers, products. The culture has improved significantly over the past 5 years or so, and now feels like a relatively modern software company. Exec leadership is very good, Neil is fantastic.

Minpunten

Mid-level exec leaders, VP level, are still very political. Salaries are way below average.
