The benefits package was good. The majority of the people I worked with over the course of my 5+ years at the company were highly competent.
Minpunten
The executives are just chasing the latest hype while letting products that make up the foundation of the company wither on the vine. No time to breathe when you're scrambling to complete work that requires more people than management cares to provide. Salaries are nowhere near competitive and you're lucky to get a 3% raise every few years, if management isn't using the poor manufacturing economy as an excuse to tighten the purse strings. It's an acquire and fire strategy to make the numbers. The only reliable constant is the excessive executive compensation while they lay little guys off.
