Rude and unhelpful to the customer which then reflects on us employees, especially those on the front line! Management have no concept of customer relations what so ever! I have worked for several finance companies in my short career and PXP undoubtedly are the worst! I do feel for my former, immediate colleagures. They could do far better with their careers.
