At the expensive rate Pacific charges for power they are likely to lose significant numbers of customers to solar and power walls. This has been discussed in high level meetings. Be prepared for cuts in wage/salary and cuts in benefits every year. As knowledgeable and skilled people retire and relocate to better paying companies the dregs are left behind.
