7yWe've honestly thought a lot about your feedback. As one of the fastest growing companies in Utah we enjoy a fast-paced environment with competing priorities, and a noble mission. Packsize is a solution supplier (hardware, software, and services in the on-demand packaging arena) and software is a key strategic element of that integrated solution! While some might not take to quarterly goals, we love that our bonus program rewards us quarterly in relationship to achieving goals and hitting targets. Then later in the year, the bonus program rewards us again as it relates to company results. We celebrate our accomplishments often, at a team and company level, and provide competitive pay including bonus opportunities at most levels in the company. As part of that celebration, we ask our associates to be engaged and be part of the successes.
As a final thought, when it comes to product management, one of the most important aspects is making sure the company is making the right products in the right markets, and key to that success is a strong relationship between R&D and Product Management. If that relationship was less than ideal from your point of view, we are truly saddened to learn you didn't have a stellar experience, but we are confident in saying that 2019 will be our best year yet.
