Training was terrible due not just to disorganisation but also the language barrier - many workers were not English speakers and made little effort to communicate. Both direct and upper management unapproachable and rude, refusing to learn your name, and staff in the quality department were extremely demeaning. Switching from early shifts to late shifts on a weekly basis messes up your body clock and doesn't allow any routine in life.
