Once you get to a management level, this is the company to be with. They definitely take care of their employees with great benefits such as a college course stipend, health insurance, certifications, etc. You get paid based on your performance (bonuses can get pretty hefty).
Minpunten
When you're not management, this job can be rough (actually even as a manager, this is extremely hard). Especially if you're stuck with a manager who doesn't know what they're doing. It relies heavily on teamwork, a high sense of urgency and effective multitasking. I've known a few managers who had to get hospitalized due to the stress this job had put on them. This job will require you to work LONG hours, some managers I know were hitting a good 100 hours a week. As a regular associate I had hit 60 hours during some weeks.
