      Development group is relatively small and covers many areas which allows developer freedom of action, opportunity to influence, grow and learn. Developers write a lot of new code, as there are a lot of new features. When justified, risks are taken and legacy code is re-written. Good work life balance. Great people and DNA. Egoless managers who really see and love people.

      Minpunten

      Developers has to be independent, (there is team leader escorting of-course), this is not the right place for someone which does not want to roll up her sleeves, grow and learn.
