Pluspunten
It is what you make of it - definitely plenty of opportunity to work with other departments and learn. Most people are young, but some of the those who have been there for a while have the "this is the way we've always done it" view - not the most forward-thinking. Looking at it from an outside perspective, people/employers always want to know more about what you do, often opening doors. If you're looking to explore new opportunities or just learn, nearly everyone will open their doors for informational meetings, from coordinators to EVP's - it's definitely a place where you can really see what different departments do and make incredible connections.
Minpunten
Definitely underpaid for the value and return brought to the company. Of course, everyone thinks they're underpaid for the work they do everywhere, but it's certainly true here - I'm not struggling to pay bills, but the hours just don't equate to the pay. There's also a host of long-timers there who've been in the same position for years and have just given up, making collaboration and trying new ideas a difficult and boring process. The company could use some good incentives and energizing throughout, as complacency sometimes runs a broad course. Cross-departmental projects are very difficult to push through, as everyone needs to see how their group benefits directly, rather than the company as a whole.
