Good place to learn in a trial-by-fire style and cut your teeth

Minpunten

Little support for/interest in staff. President does not seem to care about the quality of the organization. Turnover rate is ridiculous. I saw 9 people leave the HR department of 2 positions in my 2 years there. Not a good sign of organizational health.

Great people to work with! Like any company, there are some attitude issues but the positive vibe dominates .

Culture going thru growing pains with new leadership at all levels in the past couple of years. This has caused some confusion and general resentment.
