Pluspunten
One of the biggest things I love is the open salaries. It's huge for anyone who has faced pay discrimination before and a great way to push the transparency they strive for. Most of the projects I've worked on have had great work-life balance and flexible to accommodate for things that life throws at you. Most importantly, the culture is great! There is a big focus on developing their people and helping them grow professionally. This is done through constant feedback loops and transparency. This feeds into the defined career path that is laid out for everyone to where there are generally no surprises about getting promoted, which is merit based as opposed to availability based.
Minpunten
As I mentioned before, most projects I have had great work-life balance with there being one exception. When it happens, it can get pretty tiresome but rarely happens, from my experience.
