Fun people, clients are interesting and diverse

Minpunten

Product/service can be overpriced for clients, hard to explain, and the vision is tough to see. Sales reps are scared to underperform because there's a fast trigger on firing reps. Giving a 30-day PIP shouldn't always result in a firing after 1 week OTE is unrealistic and misleading. Leads don't align with priorities and either go nowhere or we are told to pass off to off-shored SDR team

Remote work - Poor Leadership. RUN.

Minpunten

Unfortunately the leadership was terrible. There was no sense of insight or direction or support. They let people go with no notice or concern. You can tell its a "start up" company with children in charge. Dont expect yearly salary increases either. Stingy.
