      The clients are wonderful and I had a great time working with them.

      Minpunten

      I had a very passive aggressive supervisor that would make sure everyone knew that I made a mistake. There was one instance where there was a misunderstanding with another employee and we were able to resolve it by ourselves, but he had us all meet in a meeting 1 month later when the concern was no longer present. He ultimately made me very uncomfortable several times.

      What I liked most about working for Partners In Opportunities, is the individuals I worked with, and how I was able to them and make a difference in their life.

      The cons for working for Partners In Opportunities, is the fact, that upper Management truly does not take the time with the individuals, to see what their true needs are, and how they're being care for. For individuals to for through 11 House Mangers in 1yr is very sad.
