Pluspunten

Open and accessible top management team that regularly visits all office locations to meet employees and address their concerns. Very flexible work hours and location choices Pay revision has really been very good and competitive because of new HR and management team even for chandigarh location Lots of new things to learn due to focus on cloud product Good food in office I have seen the changes brought in by the new management team in India and they are all 100 times better than previous autocratic management. All employee policies are equal for all, proper appraisal process is followed, lots of flexible benefits added for employees, payment is now always timely and pay structure is easy to understand and same for all. I have really grown and been recognised for all my contributions so far and it is all thanks to the new India Head and HR Director. Some employees who were used to having close relationships with previous corrupt management still has issues with the current management team that believes in fairness and equality.

Minpunten

As long as you are open to accepting positive change, no cons as of now.

Pluspunten

Really solid people across teams, smart, collaborative, and generally good to work with day to day.

Minpunten

Pay is below market and doesn’t keep up with inflation. Bonuses are routinely late (currently about 2 months behind) with zero transparency on when or if they’ll land. Leadership communication is basically nonexistent unless something’s already gone wrong, so most people are left guessing. Merit increases are weak to the point of being meaningless. There’s a lot of talk about “doing better” and “investing in people,” but in reality it’s more work, fewer people, and layoffs. Development leadership in particular feels pretty tone deaf. Expectations are consistently unrealistic, priorities shift without context, and there’s little awareness of what teams can actually deliver. It doesn’t feel like employees are the priority, decisions are clearly driven by the bottom line, not the people doing the work.
