-Not for everyone; you'll call 60 leads to have 15 conversations and get rejected by 10 of those. Out of the remaining 5; 2 will be qualified buyers. It requires a tremendous amount of self motivation and the ability to handle rejection. -Not a "slam dunk" product to sell. There are no facts, figures, statistics, or even really testimonials that prove it's effective. -CRM is pretty atrocious. I was given a brand new database for a first year project and around ~35% of the leads were not accurate, closed, or otherwise useless. It's actually a more effective use of time to use Google at that point; at least I know the businesses there are open
