Minpunten
They try to hype how they are the "best place to work" in the valley, however they basically bribed and gave an ultimatum to employees in a company town hall, saying if they didn't get it, employees wouldn't get some requests from the yearly company survey. In addition, I worked my way into management and it was completely corrupt towards the end. People were getting promotions because they were hired by friends not due to actual ability. Most managers are under 30 and have no idea how to manage. They care more about hanging out and playing on their phones than actually helping teammates.
