Paycom is unlike any other company I have ever come across. What ultimately made my decision the easiest and best decision I have ever made, was the character of the people. The culture is absolutely amazing, fun, filled with hardworking and charismatic individuals. I have never met such great individuals in my life. Down to their core.

Minpunten

I have not come across any cons thus far during my time at Paycom.

Pluspunten

The work we do is challenging but is satisfying. $4 dollar lunches are great and I enjoy the people and managers I work with. We have gone through changes, but the changes are worth it and the tools we are provided keep us successful. The salary is great and top level, highly recommend working here if you love a challenge. I promise you’ll never be bored.

Minpunten

The workload and hours can be heavy at times, but the long-term gratification is worth it. Paycom is about long-term investment, and it requires patience and perseverance but it’s worth it, if you are strong enough.
