There is tremendous opportunity for growth for those who are willing to work for it. This is not a regular 9 to 5. This is a career path not just a job.

Minpunten

Long hours and work to take home and do outside or work during initial 8 work training.

The work we do is challenging but is satisfying. $4 dollar lunches are great and I enjoy the people and managers I work with. We have gone through changes, but the changes are worth it and the tools we are provided keep us successful. The salary is great and top level, highly recommend working here if you love a challenge. I promise you’ll never be bored.

Minpunten

The workload and hours can be heavy at times, but the long-term gratification is worth it. Paycom is about long-term investment, and it requires patience and perseverance but it’s worth it, if you are strong enough.
