You are held accountable, but it's not a sweat shop. It feels more like a family with a hands-on, collaborative spirit. The company focuses on customer success and delivering valuable solutions. Executive management is excellent and they've recently brought in forward-thinking leadership on the sales side.

Still somewhat small, so there are some growing pains. Other than that, there aren't many negatives.
