There is a lot that needs to be done with their processes and systems. There has to be a better way to get work done with the tools we have instead of constantly adding new tools, new vendors, etc. there’s also no culture right now. Everyone is heads down in their work so no one is really having fun, communicating, having happy hours, etc.
