This place needs a severe review in all aspects of the company, the culture is bad, the hours are bad, you are paid for the overtime that you work, and there is very very high level of expectation that work comes before your personal life. The exploitation of young workers, mostly girls who are trying to get there foot in the industry, is really bad, they are expected to work weekends and not get paid for it or get time in lieu for it. They work tirelessly to meet and exceed the owners expectations, but if there is any small fault in their work, they are blasted for it. I found out quickly not many people last a year or even 6 months. The owner is very disrespectful to employees and their work life balance, a reminder of how professionalism works and how to treat people should be a priority for the owner, they are a bit out of touch. The treatment I endured both during and post my employment was shocking, which is surprising as they really sever ties with people that could end up working for their big clients. Awful place, please avoid to stay of sound mind.
