Minpunten

Non exempt employees spend half their day smoking. Some non exempt employees are out smoking 8-10 times a day. Time sheet manipulation by non exempt employees. Senior manager was aware and did not correct or discipline. Supervisors were blamed for non performing Associates, even when working with HR to document poor performances.
