Ever since ERTE started, we have not been allowed to have extra meetings during the working hours which means that everyone is now scheduling them after working hours, resulting in us working extra without getting paid. This is causing tension within the teams where some team members are working extra when some aren't.
TravelPerk also mentions how inclusive they are - recently, the weekly meeting was moved to the afternoon instead of the morning. There are dozens of people who are still on ERTE and whose working hours are different, they are again expected to work more.
Teams are also still measured by KPIs when they're still on ERTE and earning and working far less than before. We're expected to do better than before ERTE started which is causing a lot of anxiety. Company has not announced which teams have been taken off ERTE and what the reasons have been. There is also no updates on the situation, we're meant to wait until the end of the year but have received no feedback on what is going to happen.
It's been very frustrating to see how TravelPerk has evolved. It used to be a transparent company where it was encouraged to work hard but not so much that you will become stressed. It used to be a company where you could speak up but now middle management is making this harder. Each time you ask to voice your opinion, your managers defend the company and don't pass your feedback further.
