Lean resources in departments leads to employee burnout from overtime, no respect for personal time off- have to always be connected, constant reorganization, hiring too many expats that are not experts/specialized in the roles they throw them in, French favoritism, HR always in a state of disarray, poor management at the exec level, good employees quit or laid off instead of upper management making leadership changes. Nothing good about the work. You lose skills working here. If you want to stay competitive in your profession, move on and get experience at better companies instead of wasting time at Pernod. Everything is 5+ years behind other mid-size to large organizations. Corp support departments are NOT valued in this company.
