I love animals and for the most part the customers are golden. 20% discount on employee purchases. Good work life balance.

Minpunten

Compared to what other companies are paying we managers are getting screwed. Other managers in similar companies are making $20,000 more a year. That is discouraging.

Working with dogs donating expired food to shelter, Doing constant returns for beetles and worms in dog food as well as treats.

Sudden change to salary forced to work 55-60 hours a week no O.T unrealistic workload not enough hours to staff store according to meet expectations. Extremely low pay vs work load and responsibilities leads to animal neglect. Groomers underpaid cant commission causes high turn over. Lack of coverage never use PTO, so you loose it they dont pay it out to you. They call you CEO of company without a ceo paycheck! Run from this company.
