Pluspunten
I loved my time working at PRM, and loved the people I worked with (both my colleagues and the clients we served). You will have a hard time finding so many fun people to work with and be around, and they truly made the hard days worth it. PRM also does a tremendous amount of good in the community, and the work they do truly shares the gospel with the Valley. It's encouraging to see so many lives being changed at the Mission and it's not hard to connect the work you do with seeing how your work makes a positive impact on the Valley.
Minpunten
It's a very transient work environment, and changes happen FAST and it is incredibly unsettling. One day you're working with someone, and the next, they've been let go with no explanation surrounding it. The CEO and other senior staff are also constantly reorganizing the Mission, so bosses change frequently, and combining that with people leaving the Mission suddenly, it's not a very stable environment to work in. Executive staff do not have a good work-life balance and that trickles down to the rest of the company. Executive staff also has a lot of "personality hires" -- hired for being sociable, but grossly incompetent when it comes to doing their jobs.
