work load is low and can be done

I wish there was any pros about the company but sadly not even a single good thing about this company.

1. They never ever give salaries on time, you just need to keep on asking or keep on begging them for your salaries or reimbursements. 2. Worst management you will ever see. High management never talks by keeping in view that boost the product but they will keep in view their egos, that may product go to hell but their ego should not be hurt. 3. No work-life balance, once you join this company forget about your personal life and even having your food peacefully. 4. Unrealistic timelines for the tasks. 5. In regards to any queries related to money when you try to reach HR, he won't ever pick up calls or reply to your mails. 6. No matter even if you are unwell or something unavoidable circumstances happens to you or your family, they don't even care they just will call to make sure that their unrealistic timelines doesn't get affected. 7. They bring employees from their competitor companies, ask them to bring sensitive information from there with them and try to implement that at PiChain. 8. They ask you to work on your personal laptops and in the name of so called 'auditing', they ask you to share your personal laptop sensitive informations. 9. If they provide office's laptop, they will ask you to pay for it and won't reimburse you. 10. Worst work culture I have seen in my whole career. 11. No matter how much hard work you do or how much best you give of yourself to the company, they will eventually show their true faces at the time you resign. Be ready for the mental harassment they will give once you resign, they give it to such an extent that you will think of ending up your life. No matter even if you serve your complete notice period, they won't ever give your relieving papers. 12. Management doesn't have good communication manners. They don't know how to talk to their employees.
