As employee you will get a great training and support is acab for thouse whom need it. Yes its a easy job but you have to work hard. You are given leads to book and visit potentual customers. Each advisor is given an area to maintain. Only after you have gaind the skills needed. Yes some times you are offerd to bussines outside your designated area. But rules are clear. You keep Your own customers in designated ares. Lasy people think you can come and earn millions and not work for it. Well if you are one of them Dont waste your time. We are Professional and work hard for our wages. No company would give you Holidays, Prizes ,bonus for accomplishing what you agreed to in the first place. Pieroth Does this. My first year I become the Best newcomer and got to fly to Germany WIV head office luxory stay and award. Next was a holidays with my partner in Tenerife. Then it was a Champions dinner and tasting of 5* wines. only 8 people invited. So yes if lazy Then you would not like Pieroth. I love it and I do work hard and will work even harder if need be.
