After merger with Maersk, the management was no longer focused on the issues at hand, rather they were focused on countless meetings going over the same information. They lacked hands on availability and required employees to maintain a level of performance with lack of fellow employees assistance. One person would leave and that role would be absorbed into another's. Management also has a tremendous amount of redundancy which impacted the employees and led to a lot of layoffs. Management not receptive to feedback, even if it was sound. HR department is also useless and should be divereted to the main offices, as the onsite one was more focused on gossip and superiority. Many departments outsourced to other countries, and lied during layoff process.
The company is worth billions with higher ups making millions with bonuses, but the line level employees (who did the hardest work) were let go or vastly underpaid.
