I was at my previous company for 3 years before I came to Pinterest. I stayed because it was all I knew and it was comfortable but I was not truly happy or satisfied the entire time I was there. Once I was employed with Pinterest it opened my eyes to what a company culture should be like and how employees should be treated. The amount of perks, encouragement, honesty and support everyone has here is incredible. I definitely did not expect it to be to this degree. This was my best decision to move to San Francisco to work for a company like Pinterest.
