Time é maravilhoso, todo mundo se apoia e se ajuda quando a coisa aperta. É um ambiente leve até quando as coisas estão tensas.

Minpunten

Não existe reconhecimento algum pra funcionários que não são amigos pessoais da chefia. Se tu não mantém um relacionamento com gestor fora da empresa, esquece promoção e aumento. Te exploram até a exaustão, muitos funcionários com Burnout por conta da pressão, até mesmo funcionários que recém iniciaram na empresa.
