Great people are found working here, customers are wonderful and love banking with some of the nicest people in Denton County

Minpunten

Upper management communication is terrible. Constant change in direction and a shoot from the hip attitude. Antiquated policy and procedures. Zero empowerment of people in mid management positions. Family feud at the top.

Everyone is willing to help, and the opportunities here are endless. Leadership values employee feedback and is always looking for ways to improve. Hard work is genuinely recognized and appreciated, and your contributions will not go unnoticed.

Not really a con, but like many growing organizations, priorities can shift quickly, so flexibility and adaptability are important.

I have been at the bank for 20+ years and have seen lots of changes. But through it all, PointBank has never lost focus of what truly matters: People! From multi-generational customers, to employees new and experienced, the bank is always looking out for its people and communities. Is there room for improvement? Always! Times change, technology advances, political and economic landscapes vary, regulatory requirements evolve, etc etc. But what has never wavered is PointBank's commitment to extraordinary service, and its ability to adapt to change! With 140+ years in operation under its belt, I have no doubt that will continue for decades to come, and I'm so proud and grateful to be a small part of it!
