I've been with the company for 3 mos now, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. From day one, I felt completely welcomed – never once did I feel like a newbie. One con to note is the graveyard shift. It's definitely a challenge for anyone not used to working at night, and it takes time to adjust your sleep schedule. But even with that, the positive aspects of the job far outweigh this hurdle for me.
