Management is trying to keep their business ethical, but they put lot of pressure for sales as they spend lot of money into marketing, so for return on investments they set high impossible sales targets, in turn sales agents, team leaders and managers engage in lot of miss-commitments and give out false information to get sales going. Management pays a blind eye to all these for business. Customers should be aware not to buy from them.
