2. Polygon lays off every 6 months about 8-10% employees (sort of a process they religiously follow)
3. Although products are super awesome, but thoughts still rattle post releases if or not not to continue a product line
4. Observed 5+ hierarchal changes over the span of 2 years where leadership got switched overnight and business visions swapped for something new
5. Everybody working inside of the team has a downgraded "i can be fired" moral - what if tomorrow I'm not able to log into my email
