      Relaxed and collaborative working environment where experienced people are given mastery and ownership of their work, and less experienced people are mentored to reach their potential. Flexible working arrangements.

      Minpunten

      Not for people who dream of a steady job in government! Portage is effectively a 100+ person startup, with a culture to match. Priorities change with changes in the business environment. People need to be somewhat adaptable, motivated and be able to demonstrate initiative.

      Great product. Really good group working on product development and product management.

      Minpunten

      No idea how to substantively grow revenue. Makes commitments with no intention of keeping, but keeps people on the hook for weeks.

      Benefits. Truly, the benefits are the only pros.

      Minpunten

      Management - they hire their family members (siblings, kids, nephews) with no qualification and experience while the rest of us have to pull their weight. Low salary - lower end of the market scale with higher end expectations, obligations, workload. Leadership - because they have hired their friends & family, nobody knows what to do, how to do. Racial & gender discriminative. Unprofessional conduct.
