The company does not support unethical practices , submission of forged joining documents like pay slips , experience letters , it does not tolerate absconding from office without information , concealing of information like termination/asked to leave from pervious employer , in such cases such employees are asked to leave the company . It believes in fair practices and does not encourage negative work ethics. If it is someone from the HR department strict actions are taken against such employees.
