The operational SOPs that were in place prior to my onboarding are well structured and truly make a difference to ensure everything is run smoothly. If you are looking for a supportive team and a more manageable pace in the AV world I highly recommend Power Plus! The owner is welcoming and genuinely passionate about the industry. He is constantly getting new equipment to keep up with industry trends. You get lots of hands on time with really cool toys!

They can be hurdles with pop ups and changes from clients. If you are not flexible this is not the job for you.
