Unfortunately, this was only one of the inappropriate comments that was made but it really stood out to me. It is a very cliquey company and if you don't fit the mold, you won't be able to last long. I saw several people laid off who didn't fit the mold and it was terrible. The company has a great goal but needs people committed to implementing it internally first before guiding other companies.
