Absolutely NOTHING comes to mind. I have to put 20 words in so I am typing nothing more, there is nothing as a pro!

Minpunten

Working for this company can be compared to a sentence in prison. You have to always worry about who is doing what behind your back. The people in charge are questionable crooks and NO ONE has any sense of security. Totally toxic work environment with no security what so ever!!! RUN THE OTHER WAY!

Flexibility let’s start times, days that you work

Hiring team not upfront about true responsibilities and work atmosphere. Was told I could be working at 8 to 430, no holidays, no weekends. When I started, I was told if you take off a holiday you would have to make it up on the weekend. I was also told no residence will work with you at 8 AM so I would wait to come in till later in the morning. Depending on the residence at the independent living facility you may not start when you want to start, lots of refusals and working around their schedule, not your own. Ended up being there much later than anticipated every night of the week, productivity requirements were impossible.
