Non as of now but if I could think of Time balance as in sharing positivity and growth can be so contagious I have to remind myself of setting aside time for that and all of my other obligations.

Flexibility let’s start times, days that you work

Hiring team not upfront about true responsibilities and work atmosphere. Was told I could be working at 8 to 430, no holidays, no weekends. When I started, I was told if you take off a holiday you would have to make it up on the weekend. I was also told no residence will work with you at 8 AM so I would wait to come in till later in the morning. Depending on the residence at the independent living facility you may not start when you want to start, lots of refusals and working around their schedule, not your own. Ended up being there much later than anticipated every night of the week, productivity requirements were impossible.
