Pluspunten
As others have stated it is a family company. The core group looks out for each other. There is general flexibility in terms of working hours. The office is nice and the workload for most people is low.
Minpunten
Too many to mention. Others have stated the issue with promotion based on tenure. Dishonesty, hostile clients, a mirage they call their products and general incompetence are a handful of other issues. However, most worrying for any future employees is that the main industry (travel BI) is going extinct from covid. Also, while they look out for some people many have left the company on very bad terms. This stems from a nasty combination of arrogance and indifference which explains the incredibly poor company culture.
